Feast of The Assumption 2026
The Feast of the Assumption is celebrated every year on August 15th, to mark the end of her life on earth, as the Virgin Mary was taken, body and soul, into heaven. The day is a reminder of God’s promise of life after death and the future resurrection of all faithful people.
